Orders and Delivery

  • Each order is taken by an operator, confirmed by phone to the customer and delivered to the customer as soon as possible.
  • At www.sumeshi.ro, we generally deliver within 60-90 minutes of taking and confirming the order, but this interval may vary depending on distance and traffic conditions.
  • The minimum order is 40 RON.
  • The delivery fee is 10 RON / restaurant, for orders under 100 RON.
  • The delivery fee is 0 RON, for orders > 100 RON / restaurant.
  • Once the order is confirmed by the Restaurant, the Restaurant will take all necessary measures for the proper preparation and delivery of the agreed Products displayed on the site.
  • The Restaurant is responsible for honoring the orders received from Customers and for the conformity of the Products provided to Customers. The Restaurant is responsible for resolving any complaints or problems reported by Customers regarding the quality of the Products or any other aspects related to the preparation and sale of the products, after receiving and confirming the order submitted via the website.
  • The restaurant is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the information provided by Restaurant Sumeshi for their inclusion on the site.
