Orders and Delivery
- Each order is taken by an operator, confirmed by phone to the customer and delivered in the shortest possible time to the customer.
- At www.sumeshi.ro, we generally deliver within 60-90 minutes of receiving and confirming the order, but this interval may vary depending on distance and traffic conditions.
- The minimum order is 40 RON.
- The delivery fee is 10 RON / restaurant, for orders under 100 RON.
- The delivery fee is 0 RON, for orders > 100 RON / restaurant.
- We deliver only within the perimeter of the city of Cluj. For now we do not deliver to neighboring towns - for special requests you can contact us at the phone number for orders on the website.
- Once the order is confirmed by the Restaurant, the Restaurant will take all the necessary measures for the appropriate preparation and delivery of the agreed Products displayed on the website.
- The restaurant is responsible for honoring orders received from Customers and for the conformity of the Products provided to Customers. The restaurant is responsible for solving any complaints or problems reported by customers regarding the quality of the Products or any other aspects related to the preparation and sale of the products, after receiving and confirming the order sent through the website.
- The restaurant is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the information provided by Restaurant Sumeshi for their inclusion on the website.

Restaurant Sumeshi will collect, through the website www.sumeshi.ro, the relevant data regarding the Customer and his order, respectively the phone number or other identification data of the Customer and the type of Product ordered.
All personal data sent to ww.sumeshi.ro is strictly confidential and we undertake not to forward this data to any third party.
Restaurant Sumeshi reserves the right to contact customers for details regarding orders placed. If you do not want us to contact you at the email address mentioned in the contact details, please specify this.
