Orders and Delivery

  • Each order is taken by an operator, confirmed by phone to the customer and delivered in the shortest possible time to the customer.
  • At www.sumeshi.ro, we generally deliver within 60-90 minutes of receiving and confirming the order, but this interval may vary depending on distance and traffic conditions.
  • The minimum order is 40 RON.
  • The delivery fee is 10 RON / restaurant, for orders under 100 RON.
  • The delivery fee is 0 RON, for orders > 100 RON / restaurant.
  • We deliver only within the perimeter of the city of Cluj. For now we do not deliver to neighboring towns - for special requests you can contact us at the phone number for orders on the website.
  • Once the order is confirmed by the Restaurant, the Restaurant will take all the necessary measures for the appropriate preparation and delivery of the agreed Products displayed on the website.
  • The restaurant is responsible for honoring orders received from Customers and for the conformity of the Products provided to Customers. The restaurant is responsible for solving any complaints or problems reported by customers regarding the quality of the Products or any other aspects related to the preparation and sale of the products, after receiving and confirming the order sent through the website.
  • The restaurant is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the information provided by Restaurant Sumeshi for their inclusion on the website.

Data Privacy

Restaurant Sumeshi will collect, through the website www.sumeshi.ro, the relevant data regarding the Customer and his order, respectively the phone number or other identification data of the Customer and the type of Product ordered.

All personal data sent to ww.sumeshi.ro is strictly confidential and we undertake not to forward this data to any third party.

Restaurant Sumeshi reserves the right to contact customers for details regarding orders placed. If you do not want us to contact you at the email address mentioned in the contact details, please specify this.

We are extremely concerned to guarantee you the confidentiality and full protection of your personal data, in accordance with the rules, principles and regulations in force in the European Union in this field, including REGULATION no. 679 of April 27, 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and regarding the free movement of such data.

This Policy aims to explain in a simple and transparent way what type of personal data we collect about you and how we process it, it refers to the personal data of our customers, business partners, other people who come into contact with us or visit our locations, employees or people in the process of hiring, collaborators and applies to personal data collected by: e-mail, directly at the reception, various forms, CVs, video recordings, website, social media .

    We request data to send you commercial information / newsletters, in electronic format. For this we ask for your consent / agreement and e-mail address, expressly, and we have as the basis of the processing our legitimate interest.

We rely on this data processing activity on our legitimate interest to ensure the proper functioning of our website, as well as its improvement.

    regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and
    regarding the free circulation of this data and other provisions of Union law or internal law
    regarding data protection.
